British Roundnet only acquires information necessary to administer British Roundnet membership and for British Roundnet events sign ups. The personal information collected includes: names, e-mail addresses, date of birth, and sex.
DATA USAGE
The personal information collected is provided to us directly by you upon membership registration, event or newsletter sign up. Membership data is used to monitor the growth of the sport. British Roundnet is required to hold this information in order to prove membership so that it can act as the National Governing Body of Roundnet in Great Britain. Membership e-mail contacts are used (where approved by subject) on our mailing lists. Event sign up data is only used in matters related to the event, for example providing a contact.

Membership data is held securely by Fwango on behalf of Britsh Roundnet. The information is held for the duration of membership and will then be disposed of.
Data collected regarding British Roundnet events may be held securely on internal docuementation primarily including Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive.
